Member & Subscription Bookings

Overview

If you have an active subscription (membership) at the facility, you can access member-only plans and benefits after logging in. This page explains how membership benefits work and what to look for when booking.

You must be logged in via email OTP to access member benefits. When you are not logged in, member pricing does not apply and member plans cannot be selected.

Recognising Member-Only Plans

Plans reserved for members are marked with a "Members only" badge. These plans are only selectable when you are logged in with an active subscription.

If you are not a member, or not logged in, members-only plans still appear in the list but show "Available to members only" and cannot be selected. Members can select them after logging in (if you opened the page from LINE, link your member account from "Members" at the top of the screen).

Display Meaning
Members only badge Available to logged-in members with an active subscription
Members only badge + "Available to members only" A members-only plan you cannot select with your current account
Standard plan Open to all guests, members and non-members alike

Some facilities also have plans, such as member-rank plans, that are listed only for the members they are for.

Covered-Plan Badges (Free for Members / Member Rate)

When your facility's membership plan targets specific reservation plans as "covered", a badge appears next to that plan's name. This is a different mechanism from the "Members only" badge above — Members only controls who can select the plan, while these badges show whether the same plan is free or discounted for a logged-in member.

Badge Meaning
Free for members This plan is ¥0 through your member benefit (covered by the free quota)
Member rate This plan is offered to members but is still charged normally (used for things like an off-peak member discount)

Collapsed Plan Lists

At facilities with many member-targeted plans, mixing regular and member plans in one room's list would make it unreasonably long, so plans are grouped:

Viewer Shown first Collapsed behind a button
Logged-in member Your own covered plans (Free for members / Member rate) Other regular plans (expand via "Other plans")
Non-member / not logged in Regular plans None (member-targeted plans are not shown)

Tap "Other plans" to expand the collapsed group.

Reservation plans selected as covered plans of a membership are not shown to non-members and cannot be booked by them. If every plan for a room is member-targeted, visitors who are not logged in see a prompt to log in as a member, and logged-in non-members see "This booking page is not available to you right now".

Monthly Quota Banner

After logging in, a banner at the top of the booking screen shows how many bookings you have remaining this month.

Example: "Member benefit: N bookings remaining this month"

This banner is informational. What you are actually charged is always determined by the confirmation screen (see below).

Only plans your facility has marked as "covered" are free. Each membership plan lets the facility select which regular plans its free quota applies to. If the plan you're viewing is not on that list, you will be charged the regular rate even as a member. The banner's remaining count is a general indicator — check the confirmation screen to see whether the plan you're booking is covered.

When quota is available

  • On the confirmation screen, the total shows as ¥0 or with a struck-through free label — but only for covered plans.
  • Proceed to confirm your booking as normal.

When you reach your limit (the banner turns amber)

The behaviour at the limit depends on the facility's policy:

Facility policy What happens
Overage charged You can still book at the standard rate. The banner shows the applicable charge.
Blocked No further bookings are possible this month. The banner explains this.

Check the banner text to see which policy applies at your facility.

What You'll See on the Confirmation Screen

The final confirmation step displays different pricing depending on whether the selected plan is covered by your membership's free quota:

Situation Display
Covered plan, within quota The total is struck through and shows ¥0, with a note: "This booking is covered by the free quota of your '(plan name)' membership benefit"
Covered plan, quota exceeded (facility charges overage) The regular price is shown, with a note: "Your membership benefit applies, but this exceeds this month's free quota — the overage will be charged"
Covered plan, quota exceeded (facility blocks overage) The regular price is shown, with a warning: "You have used up this month's free member quota. This booking may not be confirmable"
Plan not covered The standard guest price is shown as-is. No membership-benefit note is displayed

If you have reached the maximum number of concurrent reservations you can hold (see below), a warning is also shown on this screen — but only for covered plans.

Types of Quota

Facilities may measure your quota in different ways:

Quota type Description
Number of bookings Maximum bookings allowed per month
Hours used Maximum total hours of use per month
Concurrent reservations Maximum number of active reservations you can hold at one time

When you reach the concurrent reservation limit

If you already hold the maximum number of active reservations, the confirm button is disabled and a warning is shown. Once an existing reservation ends or is cancelled, you will be able to make a new one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I can't see member pricing

A: Please make sure you are logged in via email OTP. When you are not logged in, member pricing does not apply and members-only plans are shown but cannot be selected. Try refreshing the page after signing in.

Q: I've hit my monthly booking limit

A: It depends on your facility's policy. If the facility allows overages, you can still book at the standard rate. If bookings are blocked, you won't be able to make further reservations until next month. Check the amber banner message or contact facility staff for details.

Q: The confirm button is greyed out and I can't proceed

A: You may have reached the concurrent reservation limit — the maximum number of active reservations you can hold at the same time. Check your reservation list and wait until an existing reservation ends or cancel one to free up a slot.

Q: Why isn't this plan free for me?

A: Facilities choose which reservation plans their membership's free quota applies to. If the plan you're viewing isn't on that list, you'll be charged the regular rate even as a member. Contact the facility to find out which plans are covered.

Q: Can non-members book this plan too?

A: Any plan shown on the booking page can be booked. Reservation plans that the facility has selected as covered plans of a membership are treated as members-only: they are not shown to non-members and cannot be booked by them.

Q: What's the difference between the "Free for members" and "Member rate" badges?

A: Only plans badged "Free for members" become ¥0 within your free quota. "Member rate" indicates a plan offered to members, but it's still charged at the regular price. Both are distinct from the "Members only" badge (which plans are selectable at all).

Q: I can't find my covered plan in the list

A: At facilities with a long plan list, plans outside your covered set may be collapsed behind an "Other plans" button. Tap it to expand the full list.
